This page is somewhat short, but as people ask more questions, we will be adding answers! The main thing we want you to know is that we always want our customers to be happy and we will do our best to make that happen!
- Our shipping prices are based on a percentage of your purchase. Often, the percentage amount is lower than our actual cost, but we want to be fair and not overcharge. We are a very small company and our products are often quite low in price, so we cannot offer free shipping, but in all cases, you are welcome to contact us with any questions or special requests and we will do our best to help.
- Returns are certainly honored, but we do require that you contact us first to clarify the problem so that we can tell you how to proceed. We have been in business since 2004 and we can honestly say we have never had a complaint or a return, but that does not mean that we are not aware that things can happen. We are here to help you!
- Donations: We pledge to you that we will donate a percentage of each sale to animal welfare charities - what exactly does this mean? It means that if you purchase one $3.00 card, or ten $3.00 cards we will give a percentage of your full purchase to a charity that benefits animals. Most companies base their donations on profits which could literally a penny on the dollar. The very least we would donate would be 10 % of the total sale, so if you purchase $50.00 from us, we would donate $5.00. This doesn't sound like a lot - we know this - BUT, the truth is that we often give quite a bit more than 10%. The 2 charities that we have been supporting this year are: National Mill Dog Rescue and Soul Dog. The links we just gave you in this paragraph will take you to our "Rescue Organizations" page so that you can read about these groups and then from there you can link to the organizations directly.
